1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sporttora ("the Platform") at sporttora.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Sporttora is a tournament management platform for pickleball and other racquet sports. We provide tools for tournament organizers to manage events, registrations, brackets, scoring, live streaming, and results. The Platform serves organizers, players, referees, and spectators.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Tournament Organizer Responsibilities

Tournament organizers who use the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Handle player registrations and payments fairly
• Comply with local laws and sporting regulations
• Ensure proper use of live streaming features
• Obtain necessary permissions for broadcasting sporting events

5. Live Streaming and YouTube API Services

Our live streaming feature uses YouTube API Services. By using this feature, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Live broadcasts are created on the organizer's YouTube channel
• Content must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines
• You must have the right to broadcast the sporting event
• Broadcasts are public by default and viewable on YouTube
• You may revoke YouTube API access at any time via Google Security Settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Broadcast content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Payments and Refunds

Tournament registration fees are collected on behalf of organizers. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Refund policies are determined by each tournament organizer. Sporttora is not responsible for refund disputes between organizers and participants.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Sporttora. Tournament content (event data, match results, broadcast recordings) is owned by the respective tournament organizers. Player-submitted data remains the property of the individual players.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sporttoraprovides the Platform "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Live stream failures or quality issues
• Third-party service outages (YouTube, payment providers)
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Actions taken by tournament organizers

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sporttora.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
