4. YouTube API Services

Our platform uses YouTube API Services to provide live streaming functionality for tournament matches. By using our live broadcast features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

When you use our broadcast feature, we access YouTube API Services to:

• Create and manage YouTube Live broadcasts on behalf of tournament organizers
• Bind video streams to YouTube Live events
• Embed live and recorded YouTube content on our platform
• Check the processing status of recorded broadcasts

Data accessed via YouTube API: We access broadcast metadata (title, status, watch URL) and stream configuration. We do not access or store your YouTube channel subscribers, watch history, or personal YouTube data beyond what is necessary for live streaming.

Data storage and deletion: YouTube OAuth tokens are stored securely in our server infrastructure and are used only for broadcast management. You can revoke our access at any time through the Google Security Settings page. Upon revocation, we will delete your stored OAuth credentials within 24 hours.

5. Camera and Broadcast Data

When using our web broadcast feature, your device's camera and microphone capture video and audio which is transmitted in real-time to our media bridge server and then to YouTube Live.

• We do not record or store video/audio on our servers — all content goes directly to YouTube
• Camera access requires explicit browser permission each time
• You can stop broadcasting at any time by closing the browser tab or pressing the stop button
• Broadcast recordings are stored on YouTube under the organizer's channel, subject to YouTube's data policies

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Tournament organizers — registration and match data for events you participate in
• Payment providers — to process transactions
• YouTube/Google — live stream data via YouTube API Services
• Firebase/Google Cloud — for infrastructure and authentication

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. OAuth tokens and API keys are stored server-side and never exposed to client browsers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Revoke YouTube API access via Google Security Settings
• Opt out of non-essential communications
